Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP is pleased to announce the election of its leadership team.
Laura A. Scott has been selected as the Firm Chairman. Laura works with new and existing businesses on a variety of contract and transactional matters and with the financial services industry on commercial loan transactions as well as electronic payments processing issues. Laura has been a lawyer for 22 years and is the former President of the Evansville Bar Association.
Terry G. Farmer has been elected as the firm’s Managing Partner. Terry has practiced for 37 years, primarily in the business, banking and construction industries. Terry is licensed to practice in Indiana and Illinois and is a frequent speaker and lecturer on business and banking law topics.
Kerrie M. Weinzapfel, CPA, CGMA, continues in her role as Chief Operating Officer for the firm. Kerrie brings almost 20 years of experience in managing professional service firms. Prior to her career in legal administration, Kerrie spend 12 years as a practicing CPA and in management with a regional CPA firm.
