Welcome Summer Intern Hayden Pennington

Hayden Pennington has joined Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP as a summer intern. Hayden is a rising sophomore at the University of Mississippi. He is studying Finance while advancing in the Accelerated Law Program, where he intends to earn a law degree in 6 years. During his first year in Oxford, Mississippi, Hayden volunteered at the State Veterans Home and participated in the Adopt-A-Highway Program.

Prior to his time at Ole Miss, Hayden attended Gibson Southern High School. There he was managing editor for the school newspaper and was active in track and field and basketball, where he was honored with leadership awards including the award of “Mr. Hustle.” Over his summers, he has worked at local manufacturing and agricultural businesses gaining practical operation and career building skills.

Hayden spends much of his spare time outdoors and visiting with family and friends. He also volunteers at his church, where he especially enjoys helping with social events. After earning his law degree, he plans to find a job close to home in business and corporate law. We appreciate the opportunity to work with Hayden this summer as he continues his career path.
